Central Bar + Restaurant or "Central" as regulars call us, is a large, open restaurant designed to entertain. Central is uniquely Bellevue and the warm environment, beautiful lighting, custom furnishings, and open aesthetics allow guests to always feel like they are part of the celebration. Bellevue restaurateurs, Joseph, Randi, and Cody Brazen, ensure Central's upscale atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming and fun by hiring the most talented, engaging, and positive bartenders, servers and cooks to join their team. This is the same recipe the Brazen's have used for the past 14 years at 520 Bar and Grill, their family's first restaurant and a landmark in Old Bellevue. Central is proud to have been awarded "2018's Best New Restaurant" by 425 Magazine.

Standard downtown Bellevue spot. Nice staff and service. Good food but it has the same basic menu that you find at many other restaurants on the block.Tucked away so less crowded than other spots in the area but has that same Bellevue look and feel. It works, and the food is good but not original or different.
